TURNING CHALLENGES INTO OPPORTUNITIES
With a history dating back to 2016, TAF House is a premium brand formed in 2024 to deliver extraordinary style while bringing about a positive change in our community. We are combining commerce and philanthropy to reshape the way we think about business and transcend the limitations in profit-driven models. Every piece of jewelry by TAF House is made by children with special needs with the help of volunteers. We do this to improve their motor functions as well as providing social skills to better integrate them into society. All proceeds from TAF House go to The Arya Foundation, our parent company. Both TAF House and The Arya Foundation are 100% volunteer-run, meaning you are directly contributing to the betterment of those around us.

Founded in 2014, The Arya Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit that provides need-based adaptive equipment to children with special needs. They are 100% volunteer-run and over 90% of individual donations go directly to providing adaptive equipment and services. There are 3 main components of the organization:
Providing adaptive equipment to children with special needs. The Arya Foundation will give up to $1000 per child per year towards the purchase of adaptive equipment. This includes equipment such as communication devices, ramps, customized wheelchairs, tomato glasses, and much more!
Educating families about resources available to them. With so many services available, it can be hard to find the correct services and equipment for a child. The Arya Foundation hosts the Disability Awareness Convention in order to bring thousands of people together with the common goal of helping each other.
Integrating children with special needs into the community. The Arya Foundation wants to break down the barriers of communication and show kids and adults that people with special needs are just as valuable to society.
With all the proceeds from TAF House going to The Arya Foundation, we are ensuring the funds from your purchases are going towards a better world that we all can cherish.
THE FIRST SHAPE
2016 is the first year The Arya Foundation sold jewelry. It was done with only one shape being offered, which we called “The Spike.” It was a great way to test our initial product and process.
THE CRAFT TOURS
In order to sell our jewelry, we went on craft tours to local craft fairs in STL in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2023. The reception has always been very positive with everyone loving the story behind the jewelry, its quality, and its designs.
Daring shapes
As we went through the years, we started adding more shapes and designs. We created bracelets in various sizes that people could wear and to date, have only had to repair one. Within the first 5 years, we created over 200 different designs and are still creating more to this day.
Adding APPAREL
We have been asked to add apparel to our shop for a very long time. With creative and unique designs, we found a way to not only add apparel, but also have them made-to-order to reduce our carbon footprint and conserve precious resources. Our designs are constantly evolving with the times to stay trendy while also providing timeless pieces, whether it is a shirt or hoodie.
MADE BY KIDS
All of the jewelry made by TAF House is hand-crafted by children with special needs and volunteers. Jewelry is not merely an adornment; it holds significance as a form of self-expression, empowerment, and creative outlet. When children with special needs engage in crafting jewelry, the benefits they reap extend far beyond the finished product. It boosts fine motor skills, promotes entrepreneurship, and encourages social interactions.
TAF HOUSE: BUILT ON PHILANTHROPHY
TAF House was formed in 2024 as a clear commerce-based brand to differentiate from The Arya Foundation. This allows The Arya Foundation to focus on kids while TAF House can focus on creating the next generation of non-profit premium products. TAF stands for The Arya Foundation, reminding us of our roots and what we are aiming to do, which is to create a unique platform to showcase the beautiful and excellent work of our community while supporting a great cause.
