ABOUT TAF HOUSE

  • TAF House is a premium brand that creates jewelry and apparel with all proceeds going to The Arya Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides need-based adaptive equipment to children with special needs.

  • All of the proceeds go the The Arya Foundation. TAF House and The Arya Foundation are 100% volunteer-run, meaning over 90% of individual donations to The Arya Foundation go directly to providing adaptive equipment for children with special needs.

  • All of the raw materials and packaging for the jewelry TAF House creates are manufactured ethically and sustainably.

    Most apparel is manufactured and printed in the US.

    All products are assembled, crafted, and shipped from the United States with the support of people with special needs and the help of volunteers. TAF House strongly believes in following safe practices that are beneficial to all people and our environment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders. At the moment, we only ship within the United States and do not ship internationally. Please allow up to 3 business days to ship and 8-10 business days for delivery. Items ordered together may not always ship together. There may be shipping delays based on the shipping carrier and time of year.

  • When the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment email with the tracking number. The tracking number can be used at the shipping courier's site to track the order. Please note that there may be multiple tracking numbers for one order.

  • Every TAF House product will be hand-wrapped in our signature box that is perfect for gift-giving and storage.

  • At this time we do not offer shipping to any international location. All orders must be shipped to the United States.

  • Please allow 3 business days to ship and 8-10 business days for delivery. There may be shipping delays based on the shipping carrier and time of year.

  • Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

  • The shipment will either be left at the mailbox/front door or signature may be required for delivery based on the size of the order.

  • It is not possible to set a specific date and time for delivery.

  • If you do not receive your order due to issues in transit, TAF House will refund your order or send a new shipment of the same order or provide a credit of the order amount or provide an alternative based on the order and product availability. Please note that this will result in a delay in original shipping times. If this has happened to you, please reach out to our customer care team. Please note there may be delays in shipping times based on the carrier and time of year.

  • Ordering is safe and easy. Once you have found the product(s) you would like to purchase, click the "Add to Bag" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Click on the Shopping Bag at the top right and follow the directions to complete the process. Your order will not be placed until you enter your payment information and click "Submit Order".   • TAF House works with all US-issued and most internationally-issued cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International Logo. The following card types are accepted: credit, debit (processed like credit), prepaid, and rewards. TAF House does not accept checks, wire transfers, or money orders.

  • Yes. TAF House uses the latest industry-standard encryption technology when receiving and transferring customer data exchanged with our site server.

  • At this time we do not offer the option to add a personalized gift message with orders.

  • Before the product(s) has been shipped, orders may be modified or cancelled by contacting our customer care team. Once the product(s) are shipped, orders may no longer be modified or cancelled.

  • All TAF House payments are secure. We use the latest industry-standard encryption technology.

  • All TAF House jewelry will arrive in our signature gift box. The apparel will arrive in a regular shipping box or bag.

  • TAF House products can only be purchased via theTAFHouse.com and TAF House/The Arya Foundation events. Buyers should be wary of TAF House products sold through unauthorized channels. Beware of counterfeits.

  • As TAF House is under The Arya Foundation, a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit, there is no sales tax on orders. The tax policies are subject to change as taxation regulations continue to evolve. TAF House closely monitors local, state, and federal tax laws to ensure compliance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • TAF House accepts returns on jewelry with a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product. TAF House does not accept returns on Apparel. TAF House will not pay for return shipping and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure it is returned to the appropriate location. To return a product, please reach out to our customer care team.

    Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

    1. Jewelry must be accompanied by all original packaging, including boxes.

    2. Jewelry must be in its original saleable condition.
