TAF House accepts returns on jewelry with a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product. TAF House does not accept refunds on Apparel. TAF House will not pay for return shipping and it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure it is returned to the appropriate location. Returns are only accepted if the jewelry is accompanied by all original packaging, including the jewelry box, and must be in original sale-able condition. To return a product, reach out to our customer care team.

Even with the best technology available, all plated findings will begin to tarnish over the years with daily use. Try to avoid direct contact with perfumes, household cleaning products, and bleach. Do not use acidic liquids, sonic cleaners, and commercial jewelry cleaners containing ammonia or alcohol. Avoid impacts with hard surfaces to prevent chipping or damage. We recommend that you store your jewelry in the TAF House box to prevent discoloration and scratches.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. Tumble dry on a low cycle or hang-dry. Use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

TAF House works with all US-issued and most internationally-issued cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International Logo. The following card types are accepted: Credit, Debit (processed like credit), and Prepaid. TAF House does not accept checks, wire transfers, or money orders.
